I was going through a transition period and wasn’t sure if I wanted to sell my home and buy another one or do something completely different. A friend of mine gave me Kim Walker’s information and I decided to give Kim a call. The moment I reached out to now, I felt a connection to her immediately (I don’t generally do that).
She was extremely patient with me and very kind; I genuinely believed I was not just “another client”. It was about 2 years when I decided how I wanted to proceed. I know a lot of realtors and could have chosen any of them, but Kim was the first and only choice in my mind.
I decided to sell my home, and Kim was there guiding me through the process, making sure I secured another place, and my interests were being communicated to all parties involved. I am happy to say we just closed, and I couldn’t be any happier than I am at this moment and that was in part with having Kim as my realtor. Since Ms. Walker nailed my rental needs, I reached out to her again when I was ready to purchase my home. She again listened to my needs and provided several options. By now, Ms. Walker knew me well enough to know my taste and style. She knew the type/style of home that would be a perfect fit for me before I even realized it! Her suggested new home resulted in 30k savings for me!!! Can we get a hand clap right there?!?! But wait…..there’s more. Ms. Walker negotiated for me to receive all appliances (fridge, washer & dryer) and a garage opener, which resulted in yet more savings for me.

Mrs. Kim Walker, where do I begin? Just referring to her as a real estate agent, I feel it would be unfair to the quality she gives in her profession. Mrs. Walker from the very beginning reassured us that she would get me and my family into a beautiful home. At times I felt that maybe she took on a little more than she thought, being that my credit scores weren’t the best. I knew that she would face challenges. She informed us that we should be prepared to possibly apply for 2 or 3 different homes. No surprises, like I said from the very beginning. I had gotten a little discouraged after the first denial. Mrs. Walker just said John, there’s better waiting. She was absolutely right! Mrs. Walkers persistence, consistency and honesty is so heartwarming. She easily becomes part of your family. I couldn’t thank her enough for all her efforts. We love our home!!
